This policy describes what personal data Eventos Play uses and why. We keep it to what is needed to run accounts.

- Account details: name, email, UK phone number and a securely hashed password, or your Google account ID if you use Google sign-in.
- Messages: whatever you send through our contact, support or Player Care forms.
- Technical data: basic request details like IP address and browser type, used for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
To create and protect your account, let you sign in, answer you, keep the site secure, meet legal duties and support responsible play. We do not sell personal data.
Continue with Google
If you use it, Google shares your name and verified email with us. We never see your Google password and never post on your behalf.
Where it is kept
Account records sit on our server in protected files. Your coin balance, bonus timers and cookie choice stay in your browser's local storage.
How long we keep it
We keep account data while your account is open and remove your stored profile when you delete it. Support emails may be kept briefly for record-keeping.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to certain uses. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Use Player Care or the contact page to make a request.
